Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer with a strong background in deploying IoT solutions to join our dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to our IoT solutions. You will work closely with our clients, utilizing your expertise in Swagger API, Postman, LoRaWAN network fundamentals, and experience with LoRaWAN gateways. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with clients, documenting and registering solutions using Jira.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our IoT solutions.
  • Deploy and configure IoT solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address customer-specific requirements and deliver custom solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in Swagger API to assist customers in integrating our solutions with their existing software applications.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of LoRaWAN network fundamentals, effectively troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Work with LoRaWAN gateways, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Use Jira to register and document customer issues, solutions, and interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the effective use of our IoT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Support Engineer, preferably in the IoT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Swagger API and experience in API integration.
  • In-depth understanding of LoRaWAN network fundamentals, including knowledge of network protocols, gateways, and sensors.
  • Proficiency in working with LoRaWAN gateways, configuring and troubleshooting their operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a logical and analytical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking systems for documenting and registering customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
