We are seeking an experienced marketing manager willing to step into a hands-on ownership role. This individual will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities that create market awareness, provide education and differentiation from competition, and drive qualified lead generation. The right candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices, including multi-channel campaigns, collecting and analyzing results for performance optimization, and capturing market research and customer insights.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Effectively manage daily activities for the marketing team

·      Cultivate content that helps position Vutility as an industry expert and thought leader with differentiated value to partners and end users

·      Collaborate with product and solution teams to develop and maintain multiple media product collateral across website, packaging, installation, and support resources

·      Drive strategy and lead day-to-day management and development of social media presence and website content, including blog posts, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

·      Develop and execute email newsletters, drip campaigns, webinars, etc., to grow and engage subscriber audience

·      Work with sales team to capture and develop case studies and whitepapers based on customer successes, use cases, research, etc.

·      Oversee management and optimization of organic(SEO) and paid marketing presence, including LinkedIn sponsored posts, Google Ads (SEM), and display/retargeting ads

·      Support planning and execution of conferences and trade events, as well as internal branding and employee events

·      Collect, analyze, and report on marketing KPI, including web traffic, social audience, email open and click-through rates, etc.

·      Support market research efforts to identify new opportunities and use cases, as well as monitor and report on competitor marketing and sales activities

·      Cross-team collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, support, etc., as well as external parties including freelance resources, vendors, and commercial partners

·      Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed


·      Ability to manage and execute multiple time sensitive priorities in parallel

·      Highly skilled in key computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), with intermediate (or higher) design and editing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

·      Experience with CRM and CMS platforms, including HubSpot, Webflow, Mailchimp, strongly preferred, as well as analytics and marketing tools including Google Ads and Google Analytics

·      Familiarity with hardware out-of-box experiences(OOBE) and UI/UX concepts for web-based software and mobile app products and best practices is a plus

·      Understanding of core marketing principles and the role of analytics in measuring and modifying campaigns based on success criteria

·      Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

·      US work authorized (Required)

·      3-5+ years of progressive experience in B2Bmarketing positions

·      Demonstrated record of success building and executing marketing campaigns that led to business growth across multiple channels
